Working with the core of the body to aid in strength and conditioning. In utilising an understanding of calisthenics and yoga, a bespoke class will be tailored to work with the subtle energies of the body, the breathe and movement to aid the beginner or the intermediate yogi to enhance their practice into more advanced postures.
Your first class would be free to sample if it suits your need. Moving forward an £8 donation would be asked.

Roam free have built a series to enable the beginner to see and understand how to change their mentality from one based in the past or the future, fear and certainty to bring them slap bang into the now and find that within uncertainty clarity is formed.
