Whether you want to lose weight, get rid of pain, improve your energy levels or move better. 8 Weeks to Wellness is designed to assess and improve all areas of your health. Helping you create long-term healthy habits that will support you during the programme and for the rest of your life.
Everyone starts their 8 weeks to wellness journey with a Wellness Score. This is a chance for you to sit down with our Doctors and discuss your current health concerns and the goals you want to achieve. This if followed by an assessment that covers all areas of health including general health , neural-spinal health , functional movement , nutrition and stress. From this test we can see what areas of your health you are excelling at and what areas of your health need some support and guidance from our team. We can then put a plan together to suit you.
The 8 weeks to wellness programme includes
Chiropractic Care - Everything in your body is controlled by your nervous system so to obtain optimal healing and relieve pain you need to have a healthy and functioning nervous system. Chiropractic care also helps to improve your posture which helps to improve your flexibility and mobility.
Full Body Massage - Regular massage not only supports your chiropractic and improve your posture but also helps your muscles to relax, aiding in recovery and de-stressing the body and mind.
Group Training - Our Boutique fitness facility offers the support and guidance of a personal trainer with the energy and motivation of a small group. We offer 1 hour classes of no more than 6 people and each week focus' on a different area of fitness from HITT to Boxing , Strength to team workouts. We also offer 30 minute HITT blasts as well as Yoga and Pilates.
Fitness Support - All of our members get a Myzone Heart Rate Monitor , this monitor allows our trainers to ensure you're working out in the right way for you during the workouts but also at home as well with our remote tracking and pre-programmed home workouts. This helps to keep you safe whilst training but also accountable.
Nutrition - Throughout the programme you get a dedicated 8 weeks to wellness coach who leads you through an initial group consultation to explain what foods we should be eating more of but more importantly how break the habits of stress eating , over eating and snacking. Your 8 weeks to wellness coach will be on hand to support you on a daily basis with your nutrition and healthy habits.
Mindfulness - Your wellness coach will spend time to discussing the different areas of mindfulness to find one that is right for you , we also offer Rest & Restore classes as part of your fitness membership.
Support - You're not on your journey alone! Each cycle of 8 weeks to wellness is run in a small group of like-minded individuals so you can motivate, support and share wins together in our on-line and in-house forums. You also get daily guidance from your 8 weeks to wellness coach as well as our team of healthcare professionals to ensure all areas of your health are supported.
